False advertisement pictures didn’t come close to what you pay for, they show full kitchen, sandy beach exc. , floor dirty when walking socks turn black, pillows uncomfortably, shower is so small you have to open shower curtain to soap down but the bed is nice clean toilet.

Very nice place for a couple. They provide things like beach chairs and towels that are appreciated. Very thoughtful amenities. Easy walk to downtown and a couple of benches at the end of the road to watch the river go by.

The property/unit was great - very small, but big enough for my needs since I was alone. Didn't appreciate the check-in policy, which doesn't allow for early check-in even if the unit is ready unless you pay 50/hour. I had no where else to go after arriving in town about 11:00.

Great place to stay while I visited my mother and step-dad who live at Water's Edge of Bradenton. Comfortable bed and everything I needed. Nice neighborhood for morning walk to the riverfront.

We really enjoyed the property and its close proximity to downtown. The amenities were nice and our hosts were very good at communicating, the unit was clean and the neighborhood is very quiet and convenient.

This home is in a really cool, safe neighborhood. It's small but has a comfy bed. Also had 2 bikes to ride. Good place to watch the sunset about 3 houses down the street. We recommend trying Favs for Italian food. Get the Stromboli!

Ok but space was smaller than expected!

Bed was comfortable. Shower is small. Had drinking water. Nice size fridge. Not a bbq but a charcoal grill available. Nice quiet backyard. Great location to walk downtown and near restaurants

Great location & easy walk to Riverwalk & downtown Bradenton

This was a great getaway place for me. It was centrally located, and in the area I wanted to be. Ive been coming down to this area for over 10years and this place was exactly what I was looking for to stay. Close to beach and restaurants, and loved the riverwalk. Thanks Randy, everything was awesome! Cant wait to come back.

Great place to stay for a few days or weekend. Description of the place is accurate, and was decorated nicely. Randy provided timely response and answered my questions quickly. We had no issues with our stay, and enjoyed our time there. Close to restaurants and bars and Riverwalk. We would stay here again.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, and an easy walk to restaurants and bars.

Perfect 1 bedroom in convenient location . Felt safe and private. Walkable to Pier 22 and the farmers market. Easy to get to where I needed to go for the 6 day soccer tournament at IMG. Place is a little older but they’ve done a great job keeping it in shape and up to date. They provided everything I needed. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay in this quaint, little bungalow! Very functional and like how close it is to restaurants, oceanfront, shopping and more!

Can’t beat the location, walking distance to the riverwalk. The bed was comfy and the neighborhood felt very safe with friendly neighbors. The bikes and beach equipment could use some updating, but we enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very responsive.

Randy’s place was exactly how it was described. It was also very clean and had lots of extras that you might need for the beach. On top of that, it was an easy walk downtown. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

No need to overpack! This adorable cottage efficiency had everything and more than you will need. Wish I had more time to take the beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler to the beach! Traveling alone for a Bridge Tournament at the Convention Center and it was conveniently located and in a quaint beach cottage neighborhood near marina & restaurants. Very charming and I felt safe being alone. Host Randy was immediately responsive to Ruko TV issue since I had no experience using this type device. Can’t say enough about this positive experience!

The location and neighborhood were perfect—very quiet and safe, close to downtown and the beaches on AMI. We’ll book here again when we visit family in the area.

This was my husband & my 1st. experience at an Airbnb and it was terrific! The Sand Dollar Cottage run by Randy was just what we were looking for. It is located in a quaint, quiet & safe neighborhood. It is only a short walk to the Manatee River, the marina and great restaurants with incredible water and sunset views. The cottage was immaculate, private and quiet. Very comfortable with all that we needed as far as a small kitchenette, beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler for trips to the gulf beaches, so nice not to have to pack those- & bicycles to ride through the neighborhood. Randy was outside the cottage when we arrived and gave us a warm welcome. He was a great host- always responding quickly to questions and information. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Definitely recommend this wonderful cottage and will certainly tell my friends to stay here if they are traveling to the Bradenton/Sarasota FL area. Thank you Randy for making our stay so comfortable and relaxing!

I had to bring my son to a soccer showcase and was looking for an Airbnb to rent. I had never used one before and was a little apprehensive. I found Randy's place and looked to have everything I wanted/needed. I did have some questions and Randy was very quick to respond and positive which helped make my decision to book with them. All communications leading up to check in/check out were very clear on what to do, expectations, etc. Once we arrived it was better than what I imagined. The place was very clean, in a great location and had everything as was listed in the rental. If I ever find myself back in the area I will definitely check their availability first and book it if possible. Thank you Randy for making our trip to Bradenton extraordinary!

The stay was good for the price and exactly what we were expecting. King bed was very comfy. Shower is a stall shower but is clean. There was plenty enough room for my husband, our infant (brought our pack n play), and me.

A much needed weekend away made even better with an awesome king size bed, great location and affordable price.

I would definitely stay in the sand dollar room again! It has a fun beach vibe and is in walking distance from the riverwalk, delicious restaurants, library, and Sat. market. I also enjoyed catching a ride to Anna Maria Island twice! Once for a beach day and another day to explore the pier, shops, and get a massage in a tiki hut on the beach—worth the splurge and holding back on some souvenirs! The room itself is spacious for 1-2 people, clean, has a tall fridge with a filtered water machine next to it. I was only there three full days for a wedding, but wish I could have stayed for a week! Note: Bring an eye mask for sleeping if you’re sensitive to lights on appliances and security light outside. I had mine and it was great!

It’s a clean and comfortable place to stay for one person or a couple. Location seems safe and is very convenient to downtown. The host Randy is also responsive and takes care of any issues promptly.
