I recently stayed at this property and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed while still feeling private and relaxing. The home was spotless upon arrival, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. The amenities were fantastic, but the true highlight was the backyard. It felt like a private oasis with a beautiful pool, cozy firepit, and plenty of comfortable lounging areas. Whether I was swimming, relaxing with a book, or unwinding by the fire in the evening, the space was a perfect getaway. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and an incredible outdoor space.

Solid house in Bradenton. Clean and comfortable. Good place for a family to spend a vacation in Western Florida. Randy is an excellent host. Very responsive and accomadating.

I stay in several Airbnb‘s and hotels I have never in my life stayed in a home so Perfect clean in and out and so 100% point on with photos my grandchildren did not even want to leave the house to go do things they wanted to stay at the house at the yard in the pool and the game room.

Overall, we found the place to be nice, and the check-in process was easy. However, we encountered a few issues that we felt could have been better addressed before our arrival. On the positive side, we thoroughly enjoyed the backyard and spent much time there. The game room was also a great feature, especially on rainy days, and we appreciated that it was air-conditioned. Communication was generally okay, but there is always room for improvement. Thank you for hosting us. We hope our feedback is helpful for future guests.

Me and my family absolutely loved our stay here. The pictures don’t do justice of how beautiful this place truly is. Everything was easy to access, the host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly think of needing. It was truly an amazing stay and worth every penny. We went for my sons birthday and he had a GREAT time between the pool and game room! 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone! Cannot say enough about how amazing this stay was for me and my family.

Came down to visit family. But getting away for a little with my own family is always a must. We aren’t beach people so having the pool was 10/10 for us. Being able to relax while our son played & the arcade games was great! Would stay again when I come back which is very often.

This was a beautiful home, great pool and the pergola w/swings was amazing especially with the firepit in between. This was my first visit to the area, will definitely stay here again if visiting in the future, close to many beaches and good restaurants!

We chose to stay at Randy's airbnb @westofmaria because it was fair pricing for a lovely home with plenty of entertainment. highlight was the pool and swings by the fire pit. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing downtime. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and close to many convenient amenities from restaurants, grocery stores and a short drive to the beaches and Anna Maria Island. Absolutely love that its pet friendly and we will come back! Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful pool and game room! We all really enjoyed the backyard area. The home was very clean and Randy was super responsive. The location was a quick drive to so many great beaches and restaurants. The home was private and the neighborhood was quiet.

Felt right at home walking through the front door. Lots of activities in the home for families to play together. Nice pool and outdoor are in the back yard and complete privacy. Randy was very responsive to messaging and very accommodating. The house was immaculate upon arrival and all set up perfectly for our stay.

Beautiful area surrounding this Airbnb. This Airbnb was extremely responsive to our questions and we appreciated that very much. It did look like the photos however I did notice some command strips holding some things up, which is a little low end. There were also no batteries in any of the remotes that were in the master bedroom besides the TV. It was okay because we didn’t really use the remote however I wanted to see the pictures light up if they did (they look like they light up). The neighbor is another Airbnb and they were a tad loud when we were there however, it was nothing unbearable. The pool man came the day after he was supposed to and that was fine we enjoyed the pool thoroughly and he was nice. Overall this was a great location near Siesta, Anna Maria, Cortez, and Manatee beaches that we enjoyed. We highly recommend Sonny’s BBQ and The Shore for some great food recommendations and the bamboozler if you prefer a bar with outdoor seating and fun. Thanks for a good time.

Beautiful place, it was clean and neat. Everything orginized and labeled. It has everything you needed. Beach chairs toys, towels, Sunscreens etc. beds are really comfortable. Backyard is amazing pool size is perfect had so much fun. Both my kids 5 and 10 even me and my husband enjoyed the pool so much. Close to all the beaches which we visited one everyday. Clearwater, siestakey, lido, ann maria. Highly recommend everything 10/10

Great host! We really appreciated the space. Fully stoked with all of the games for a fun night in. It also has all of the necessities you could need for a little beach trip. My family and I would love to book again.

The house was amazing overall but the outside space is breathtaking. Location was perfect for us as it’s a quick drive to Anna Maria Island but also a great home base for the whole Tampa Bay Area. Beautiful house but also super family friendly.

Randy's home was relaxing and organized. Everything was easy to find. The whole family enjoyed playing in the pool. Adults and kids loved the game room and board games. By the end of the night my little one was tired and ready for bed. Excellent host and wonderful listing. We will be using one of Randy's homes in the future. Our frist Air bnb experience was terrific!!

this was one of the nicest airbnbs i have stayed at! the house was so clean & cool! there were so many fun things on the property such as the amazing pool, great outdoor games / furniture, & arcade style games inside! the house is also very close to great beaches & local restaurants! i definitely will be booking with this host in the future!

This Airbnb is everything we expected it to be. The house is absolutely adorable and everything was nice and clean. Everything you need for a week of fun at the beach was provided. The beds were comfortable and we loved the photo opportunities. If you decide to go, we highly recommend this house and don’t forget to stop by Shake Pit for some wonderful ice cream!

Our family had the absolute best time at Randy's. Everything was spotless and in excellent condition. There's so many little touches to the home that makes things so much easier especially flying like beach supplies, towels, etc. Its not on the beach but its so close to Anna Maria Island, Siesta key, Lido, that we were able to try them all! My only regret is not staying longer! Highly recommend!

This rental was everything we anticipated, and then some. We had our 8 yr old granddaughter with us, and she never said, "I'm bored." From the game room to the beautiful backyard with a pool, we had a great vacation! The beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels are a great touch, especially when you fly to your destination. Just wish we could have stayed longer. We definitely didn't want to leave and can't wait to return. Everything was exactly as pictured. You are within driving distance of so many beaches it's hard to decide which one to visit. We've stayed at a fair share of rentals, and this one was by far the best!!And the price, in my opinion, was well worth it! Book it....you'll be glad you did!

We've stayed at many Airbnb's and this was one of the best! This place was spotless!!!! The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were basic spices in the cabinets, extra blankets, pillows and towels. We enjoyed the beach chairs and supplies that were at the home for the guests use. Randy has done a wonderful job thinking of what his guests would need for a great vacation.

The place was perfect for our family. It was the best beach house ever. 😃

We stayed in this beautiful house for 4 amazing days. We can rest and enjoy everything it has. Everything very clean and organized. The house has everything you need for your stay. Everything is close to the house… Supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies and a beautiful beach which is only about 16 minutes away by car. The outside of the house was where we enjoyed the most… My daughters played a lot in the games room and pool. And we can have a really good family time. We will certainly return to this house…Congratulations on the beautiful house and organization. We love it so much. ❤️

Very nice place, exactly as expected and just what I wanted for our family stay. Once baby was asleep, we hung by the fire and lounged on the swings. The pool was perfect and well kept. Randy made sure we were well taken care of from beginning to end! The whole house was well stocked for anything we needed- plenty of towels/blankets, beach gear, kitchen utensils/necessities, baby necessities, etc. Thank you for everything, West of Maria!

The home was clean and the pool and games was perfect to keep my 8 year old entertained. We also enjoyed sitting on the outside couch swings with the fire pit in the evenings.

We had a wonderful stay at Randy's. The backyard was AMAZING! The pool was clean and warm, the loungers we comfortable and looked brand new, the swings and fire were relaxing. The house was clean and had plenty of towels for bathing and swimming. The extras provided was thoughtful and a nice touch. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone staying in the Bradenton area.
