It features a backyard oasis with FREE heated pool, outdoor dining/lounging areas, and waterfront views. Bowles Creek is home to many bird species that provide endless hours of serene surroundings. Located in a family-friendly neighborhood, this property is ideal for family vacations. Plus, you'll be less than 10 miles away from the nearest BEACH. With its central location you can easily access Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, and Lido Key. Convenience is key, as this vacation home is only 3.5 miles away from SRQ Airport and less than 5 miles from IMG Academy. Inside the home, you'll find four bedrooms to accommodate your family and friends. Bedroom 1: King bed with attached Bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: is perfect for kids with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed, a Twin Trundle Bed, and two fold-out chair mattresses. In total, the house comfortably sleeps 10 guests in beds, with additional kid- friendly bedding options available, including a Pack n' Play. A stroller, highchair, and kids' dinnerware are provided for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight of the home. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of place settings. Kid-friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, a toaster, blender, instapot, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee, filters, and creamer are all at your disposal. There are several dining options available. Enjoy a quick bite at the kitchen counter with 2 stools, gather around the dining room table that seats 6, or have a cozy breakfast at the high-top table with 4 stools. Out by the pool, you'll find an outdoor sofa and an outdoor dining area that seats 6. Rest assured, this vacation home is equipped with central air and a washer and dryer for your convenience. I love to meet our guests but always respect your space. This home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood so please just respect the neighbors. We offer self-check-in, eliminating the need for an on-site key handover. Detailed check-in instructions are sent to guests 24 hours prior to their arrival. Each quest is assigned a unique door code, granting them access to the home throughout their stay. Additionally, let us know if you will be bringing a furry companion (dog) along with your group. They are welcomed at an additional non-refundable charge. We have cameras by the front door, driveway and the backyard. These cameras record video and audio. NO cameras by the pool or inside the home. ONLY OUTSIDE

April 2024 5.00We loved our stay at Randy’s! The swimming pool was a hit and the kids loved looking at fish and turtles in the pond out back. The house is very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our group. It’s stocked with everything we needed. Randy responded very quickly when I had a question. We went to several different beaches in the area as this location is perfect for lots of activities. We will definitely be back!

April 2024 5.00My husband and I had a nice stay at Randy’s. We loved sitting outside in the screened in room by the pool watching the wildlife by the pond. The house was very comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Randy was a great host and very responsive.
We had a great time at this property! We loved the heated pool and the view of the canal in the back. Though I’m unusually not much of a bird watcher, I was on this trip while laying on the hammock! We also thought the beds were comfortable and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Lastly, I’ll say that Randy was responsive when I reached out with questions.
Absolutely loved it! Tons of ducks and different birds on the lake, tons of turtles. Swimming pool was great. Location is perfect and Randy is very responsive if you need him. House was very clean and had literally everything you need. Kids loved it and so did I. Will definitely be back!
extremely well appointed house with a nice pool and great view of a lake. Located about 12 miles north of Sarasota, equidistance from all places one would like to visit. The house is located in an old neighborhood, zoned for mixed residential and commercial.
very comfortable and slept 6 adults easily. with couples 9 would fit just fine. pool was great, grill, pool toys, cooler, kayaks, everything was spot on. sheets were very nice. close to just about everything, good central location to go anywhere in the area.
The place was great. The pool was amazing and super clean. It was very peaceful and enjoyed the stay. Great accommodations in the area.
