The house was very clean inside. Randy communicated well. Overall rating was not 5 stars due to some of the issues we had. We were notified 45 mins prior to arrival that grass wasn’t cut. It looks like it hasn’t been cut in weeks. We booked this place specifically for the outside. We couldn’t use the hot tub as it was very dirty. I told Randy about it within hours of us checking in. Randy said it wouldn’t be cleaned until Monday which wasn’t a solution since we checked out that day. The house does not have central ac or isn’t properly working as there are acs on the windows. The master bedroom does not have an ac and it was very hot to sleep in without turning on the fan (which was kinda loud). The pool is located towards the front of the yard so you’re facing the street. I wish they put as much effort on the outside as they do on the inside.

The photos don’t do it justice, this airbnb was wayyy cuter in person!! Had everything we needed and close to the beach, was perfect for my bachelorette!

Very fun house and great if you have little ones. We had a couple issues that needed to be fixed during our stay but Randy was very responsive and helpful. I will be back to this area and will be looking at houses again where he is the host.

I had a great relaxing time. Pool was not ready the first night we got there but everything else was fun and exactly the way we imagined it. There was a lot of mosquitos so that was not fun. Besides that it was as described. The pictures looks exactly the same and it was super beautiful ❤️

This place was perfect for a girls trip. It is so well decorated and cute. It looks just like the pictures. It is about 20 minutes from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

What a beautiful place and great start! Unfortunately it ended there. They tried to cancel our stay midway through and take away a late checkout that was agreed upon. Randy does not know how to talk to people, he is very emotional. We had issues with their neighbor, their cleanliness (some stuff unusable, nasty, and where we had to clean things to feel comfortable to use), with their pool and with them. Worst yet they are not empathetic and get defensive and rude and accusatory. Our issues, all valid, and they just ignored them or accused us of lying. They are sweet at times but BEWARE if something going wrong! They never offered any solution other than saying they are sorry, all while accusing of other things. The neighbor damaged my car and have to pay out of pocket and they did not care at all. This was not hospitality. The place was not clean. Make sure to not look too close and don't tell them about any issues. Cool home but definitely not worth the cost and "cleaning fee

Not actually a three bedroom I would say two bedroom with a sitting area. Main bedroom had to go around that sitting area to get to the kitchen very slow water pressure with the sinks.

I booked Randy’s place for my daughters Sweet 16 getaway with her girlfriends and it did not disappoint one bit. It was just as good as we had hoped and we had so much fun enjoying the beautifully curated home. They really though about it all. The linens were soft and beds were soo comfortable. We loved that they had a lot of kitchen items and included local coffee and they also had a book of great suggestions to try in the area. We will definitely be coming back and are already planning a moms getaway.

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, very clean and looked just like the pictures. When we had a question, the host responded within a couple minutes and was very helpful. The kids actually looked forward to leaving the beach each day because there was so much to do at the house. Friends who have seen the pictures I posted on social media have already asked for the info for their future vacations. I can’t say enough good things, we were very sad to leave! We will definitely be booking here again!

Checkin was easy and the house was beautifully decorated. Gives Malibu Barbie Vibes. We did encounter some minor maintenance issues, which the host offered to fix. They make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay; coffee, snacks, spices, pots, pans, cooking oil/spray, beach towels, iron and etc.

Had a great time here at this Airbnb! Very clean and so much fun! Lots of things to do in the home! Very picture worthy! Which made it even better. Randy was attentive and available. Super close to the beach and Main Street! Instructions for everything was there so you can just enjoy your time! Great for anyone!

This was my first stay in and Airbnb and my first trip to Florida. The house was just as described and matched the photos. It is centrally located to everything we wanted to do and was quiet when we were at the house. My kids loved playing outside with the games and inside on the arcade game. Everything was clean and easy to use. Everything you’d need in a home was available. I love the charm of the house. It’s clear to see they put a lot of work and heart into the home’s design.

We very much enjoyed Fun Dream Home. It is beautiful place with so much to do. My teens loved all the games outside along with the pool and swings. The house was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. Randy was east to communicate with and extremely responsive. We will return for sure!

Let me spill the tea about our most Insta-worthy stay here which truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the thoughtful and curated decor in every room. Picture this: a place so impeccably decorated that my selfie game got an upgrade! Each room was a visual delight, making me feel like I stumbled into a high-end magazine shoot. And let me tell you, those beds were comfier than a cloud-shaped marshmallow. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials! But hold your breath, because the backyard was the real deal. It was like a secret garden on steroids a stunning patio, and cozy seating areas that begged you to relax and unwind. The hot tub + pool were a huge bonus. It was an absolute oasis. The whole experience was even more amazing than the pictures. I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough for anyone seeking a perfect blend of style, comfort, and a backyard paradise. Forget the filters, this Airbnb is #nofiltergoals!

The area as well as the home is beautiful, this home was extra clean and charming!! I hosted a bachelorette party here and the host was kind enough to let the company come a couple hours early to set up decorations! The host was very responsive and answered all questions. I would definitely come back!

This listing is the perfect getaway for a girls weekend! Great location for local spots but also a great location to hangout in the backyard. Lots of cute picture opportunities and perfect size for our group of 5. Definitely recommend to other girl groups and will be back.

A true gem! My girlies loved this place and did not want to leave. The hosts are responsive and left no stone unturned when creating this experience. Everything was well kept and just as pictured. I loved that everything needed for a day at the beach was here and suffice for our family of 4 - from chairs, an umbrella, cooler, down to sunscreen and bug spray! The backyard is paradise and the Flamingo room was a hit for my little! Book it! You won’t regret it!

We had an absolutely AMAZING time this weekend! We loved the place so much that we changed plans and stayed in instead of going out which was awesome. Everything was PERFECT! We hung out by the pool, chilled in the hot tub, and sat by the fire, movie moment for sure! Highly recommend and would love to come back!

This property is ADORABLE! It looks exactly like the photos and we immediately felt right at home. We ventured out for dinner (Pier 22, great views) and went to the beach, but honestly it was hard to leave the house because it had everything we needed! Randy was an excellent host. The neighborhood was safe. I highly recommend booking this home! Side note, we took a tiki boat tour with Shore Thing, it was so fun!

This was the perfect place to stay for a bachelorette trip. It was well decorated with lots of games and amenities to enjoy. We had a slight issue with the AC not working upon our arrival but Randy was proactive with bringing a portable unit and fans for the night and got it working the very next day. Would stay again!

This place is SO COOL! Beautifully themed bedrooms, comfy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Amazing backyard, and super safe for kids. The host is very responsive and very friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!
