My family and I really enjoy this rental property. It checked off all of our boxes and provided enough space for everyone. We all were able to sleep comfortably in the rooms. we were celebrating my son‘s 14-year-old birthday so we did decide to do a barbecue and invite a few of his friends over to enjoy food in the pool to sing happy birthday and everything turned out great I would definitely rent this property again. Everything was easy accessible, and the host communicated very well.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location was great for us. We enjoyed the pool and fitness center. The beach accessories were perfect and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to call home while on family vacation! Loved the floor plan, cleanliness and fun things to do at the house - wide variety of games and the pool. The amenities were lovely and I especially appreciated the beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas and towels) available for us to use.

One of the best AirBnBs we have stayed in. We were struck on arrival by how immaculately clean and fresh it was. The decor was very contemporary but homely. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well equipped, as was the rest of the house as a whole. The beach towels and chairs were super-useful and the pool was welcoming (especially with all the floaties for the kids). The gym was a great touch too. Randy was very attentive and we really appreciated being able to extend our stay at short notice. The location was great, only a few mins drive from supermarkets, restaurants and AMI. We would recommend Randy as a host and would happily stay here again.

Awesome place one of the cleanest I have stayed at. The only thing in the picture with the 2 beds pictured that is 1 twin size 1 full size bed was not correct. It is 2 twin beds. But they did have a queen air mattress so we were able to adjust. Def would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Host was very responsive when we had an issue at check in.

I cannot say enough about our stay here!! The home itself is on a lovely street and is cozy, beautifully decorated, and offers so many amenities. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 children and we all had the best time. We used the covered patio/pool daily. There were pool floats provided as well as an outdoor tv/seating area. There was ample amount of games for the kids to keep them entertained (much appreciated). The kitchen was stocked with coffee/creamer and everything you need to cook a meal, although we mostly ate out. The garage is converted into a beautiful gym, which was a such a nice touch! We were most thankful for the beach supplies provided in the hall closet. Randy provided chairs, umbrellas, and a small cooler that we were able to use for long days on the beach. The home itself is about 15min to Anna Maria island without traffic and was such an easy drive! We cannot wait to return and would be honored to stay here again.

Great for mid sized family wanting to avoid hotel. 15 mins from the beach. The pool is great. Layout is easy. Clean w/great TV options. Beds comfortable. For me personally, the home gym looks great, but IMO isn't built for the avid gym person. Would prob work for those needing extremely low weight or impact, though. Overall a Good stay.

Randy is by far the best host I’ve had the pleasure of working with on Air BnB! He was extremely accommodating and his communication was impeccable. I had a question about something and he offered to come over and check into it for me. Everyone loved the house and it was perfect! This home was so amazing after having a bad experience with a Airbnb my family and I were staying in, they were able to open their home to us within two hours and we were blown away by this home! They truly made our trip, the house is absolutely stunning and so kid friendly my girls were so entertained with all the games and activities they had ready at the house! It was such a nice neighborhood private and quite which is exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommend this home for any family looking for a safe, entertaining and cozy beautiful home! Loved our stay, it is exactly as pictured and so close to the surrounding beaches. As a first time mama it was great to have a Pack&play and a Boucher for baby on site. Lastly, Randy was always quick to response, highly recommend!

Randy's airbnb was amazing, it was a great location where my family and I could reconnect and also disconnect from the normal chaos of life. The thought that was put into each element of this house made hosting easy.

Lovely place to stay, and our host was extremely responsive and sweet. Will be rebooking whenever we come back into town.

This place was beautiful!!!! I loved the decor!!! The pool was relaxing and the place was filled with games for the kids and inflatables for the pool. The gym was an added bonus! I will definitely be back! The only negative is the 10:00 check out. I felt that was a little too early especially someone traveling with kids, all other air bnbs I have stayed at, the check outs ranged between 11:00-12:00, which is the normal check out even for hotels.

Beautiful house with all you will need. Confortable , clean and close to stores like Publix, Cvs. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Anna Maria island is like 20 minutes away - driving.

This place was perfect for our 5 night stay. The commute to AMI was super quick with plenty of nearby places to eat. The house is exactly as pictured and was spotless upon arrival. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and loved the ambiance the outside lighting provided at night. There’s a closet filled with everything you need for the beach which was a great touch! Fully stocked kitchen…the works! The host was always responsive and answered questions promptly. I would recommend this air bnb to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in the area.

This was the best bnb I’ve ever stayed in! My whole group agreed that it’ll be heard to top. The decor and amenities were spot on, they have thought of everything you might need for relaxing, having a fun group stay, and even going to the beach. Everything was clean and high quality. Would stay again in a heart beat, book it before someone else does!

It was a great space to just relax and have an enjoyable time. The check in is extremely easy and fast. It’s pretty close to the beach depending on which one you go to. I would just say wake up a little earlier to beat the traffic. Everything was clean and spacious. I would come again!
