Winter Escape @ the Villa-HTD Pool*Hot Tub*Game RM

One of the toilets it’s not working, I needed to keep removing the top to fix it the entire weekend, two of the games were not working, the doors didn’t close for privacy. But overall it was an amazing place.

It is a great place. Exactly as described. Pool was fantastic. I even met a neighbor who was twice retired. Once from the military and then from the local Police Force so I felt right at home. We were able to relax the whole time.

Very nice, private and clean. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Very comfortable.

The house was perfect for our girls trip and the host was very nice. However, we did encounter issues with the washer and the AC not working. Ultimately had to end the stay early and get another Airbnb as it was too hot.

Randy is an extremely responsive AirBNB host. He always responded quite quickly to any questions we had and took the time to explain things thoroughly. The house is beautiful, but could probably use a little more TLC. However, that being said, the home and the backyard especially were really homey, very beautiful and we all enjoyed our stay.

We booked the property for my husband's 65th birthday with our children and brought our family dog along. The home was dog friendly and even had dog bowls inside and out for our precious Bentley. The home had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was a huge plus for our 3 children and my husband and I. The outdoor pool, jacuzzi, 2 tables with umbrella and a outdoor sitting area with lights with a tropical feel. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and floatables for the pool. The home was clean and well decorated beachy theme. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly fine at 74 degrees. The home was in a great neighborhood in a cudlesac that was quiet and safe. The home was spacious and a great layout with many TV's so everyone could enjoy there own shows. Close to AMI with many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Location was perfect to travel to different parts of FL. The kitchen had plenty amenities. We will definitely book again.

One of my favorite places we’ve stayed!! The backyard is an absolute paradise! 10/10 communication which made the whole process fantastic. Great location and good distance from the island. The game room is super cool and we loved the pool! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We’d stay here in a heartbeat! Went with extended family as a getaway back home to visit even more family! We spent every single day in the pool! Ride a tropical storm out here and felt very safe. Hosts were very responsive and even came over mid stay to fix the hot tub. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. On a cup-de-sac so kids could play outside and feel safe. Blocks away from restaurants and just a 10 minute drive to the public beach.

The house was in the perfect location to restaurants, grocery stores and just minutes from the beach. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back next year. The backyard and pool was a hit for our 3 little ones they lived in that pool when we wasn’t at the beach.

Very responsive…we found items all over the place (game pieces, toys, etc) showing they didn’t really clean everywhere, beds smelled, tons of dog hair/smell, and pool was cloudy. Nice location, host was nice, quiet area.

Awesome place! We are frequent air b and b renters and this was 5 stars in my book!! It was exactly as described and had everything we needed!! It was close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it! Thank you!

We stayed there June 22-29. It was as pictured and described. Very nice. Grandkids loved the game room. I loved the backyard. The house is in a good location. First time in an Airbnb. We usually camp in the Panhandle when going to Florida. This was a nice change. Good for a family of 8. I would recommend it if you are staying in the area.

We stayed this last week and it was great! They had everything you would need there. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had a rainy day and so we played board games they had there. It was clean and plenty of room to where we wasn't on top of each other. It's conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants. It was a short drive to the beach. My family has zero complaints of this house.

We loved our stay so much! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to to do and the pool and hot tub was perfect for our busy kids! The house has a beautiful set up where you have individual private spaces and meeting spaces for the family. Messaging with the host was a breeze and he was always very respectful and on top of it. We had issues with sheets and he promptly provided them! They provided plenty of beach towels so we didn’t need to bring any. We used AMI cabana during our stay which was perfect for a beach day and it was a short 15 min trip to the beach where they had everything set up. We also used AMI charter where captain max took us on a four hour adventure where we saw dolphins, a manatee, and a shark! We ate at pier 22 and had the best dinner as well as experience. We would definitely stay again at this location it was a perfect house for our family of 6!

Randy’s home is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. We just left and are planning to come back soon. As a mother traveling with a 1 teen and 2 toddlers I can say that this home was perfect for all of us. The pool has a safety fence available, Randy offered to leave it up for us if we wanted to before we checked in. He also let us know the house would be clean and teady for check in at 2 pm instead of 4 pm since the cleaning crew finished early, this was perfect for us and we are very thankful. They have floaties, cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas available. In the master room they have a pack n play and high chair available. The game room was a big hit with my teenager, specially the basketball game. The kitchen is fully equipped. The patio feels like you are in a resort. I just can’t say enough great things about this home. Book it and you will not regret it 😃

We stayed here for a couple nights simply because of the game room and hot tub. The place was exactly like the pictures and description. Lots of outdoor seating. Only complaint is that there was some long hairs in the freezer and a few dirty cups and bowls that we pulled out of the cabinets. The front door also constantly locks itself so even with a quick run to the car we would have to have someone open the door for us. Definitely would stay again.

Great place at a great location. Family had plenty of space and the house is stocked with all kinds of little amenities. We grilled out almost every night and always had everything we needed to prep meals. Game room is a great add on for the kids.

Our family had a great time here! It was an awesome set up our back with the pool/hot tub and lights! The fact that we were only about 15 mins from a beach was very nice as well! The house accommodated all of our family very well and we were right at home. Only thing we wish was it were cooler in the home-very well could have been from the florida heat beating down on the house during peak heat hours, but we made do and kept as comfortable as possible!! Would recommend to others for future stays!!

The house was beautiful.With a big pool and Jacuzzi on the back patio. We had a blast hanging out after boating all day. It was very clean. We have no complaints. Would definitely stay again. close to the beach and restaurant.

The house was just as described and had all the extras we needed to accommodate our family of 7. Every couple had their own bathroom which was fantastic! A Great community close enough to stores and only a short drive to island! The game area was so much fun for the kids and and adults as well. The pool is very large and beautiful outdoor lighting. Randy was prompt to answer our questions and immediately handled a need. We would definitely consider renting this house again in the future. We had a wonderful time!

10/10. Fantastic stay. Better than the photos and the description. Outdoor space was an absolute joy. Master bath has spa tub and rain shower that we really enjoyed. So many nice touches like plenty of towels, spices and oil for cooking, great beach gear, dog bowls (and even treats for the dogs!). We traveled to Bradenton Beach and Coquina Beach, both close by, as well as Pass A Grille Beach which was about 45 minutes and well worth the trip! We visited several of the restaurants suggested in the host manual and were never disappointed. Randy was an excellent host and we would love to stay at one of his properties again!

Enjoyed a slice of paradise while attending our daughter’s gymnastic meet! Inside the place felt like home, and the outside was vacation. My daughter loved the game area, which kept her mind occupied before the meet. We wanted for nothing. Thanks for a great place to stay in Bradenton.
