If staying in the area, we do suggest renting a vehicle. Please note we do have cameras ONLY outside for everyone's safety. These cameras are located by the front doors and around the back of the house. Cameras are in all 4 corners of the house (OUTSIDE ONLY). They will record audio and video. Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offer trip insurance for each reservation.

November 2024 5.00This house was beautiful very cozy and comfortable the pictures you see when your viewing on the site is exactly what you get this house has everything you need and then some. The spa pool was so relaxing and my 2 grandsons had a blast in it has well the games outside kept them entertained when we were just kicking it at the house. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. The beach was not far to go to and the riverwalk was enjoyable to take our fur baby for a walk there is also a dog park not for if you bring your fur baby. Everything we did for the week was 15 mintues to 1 hour away which was great for time wuse in doing things. I highly recommend this house if you have a large family we had a family of 8 and we all were comfortable. I will be booking with them in the future again.

June 2024 5.00There were a few items in the home and backyard that weren't fully functional or broken but they didn't hinder our stay. The owner is very responsive and I am sure he would of taken care of anything in a timely fashion if it bothered us at all.

April 2024 5.00We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. Randy is very friendly and an excellent communicator. The house was very clean throughout with a wonderful and well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Even better than the inside of this home is the outstanding backyard, absolutely amazing! We could not have chosen a better location for our extended family gathering - thanks for the fabulous memories!!

April 2024 5.00This is the perfect place to stay especially with kids. We were there for a sports competition, but the kids, ages 13-17, never were bored. Always had something to keep them occupied. The house was so beautiful and beds very comfortable. We were honestly sad we couldn’t stay a few more days. We hope to return next year.
We were looking for a property that could fit two families. We are from Pittsburgh, and we came in for the Pirates Spring Training games. Randy’s house is in the perfect location to Lecom Park as well as all the beaches! From the time you step inside you can see the well thought out details of this property! We came with our kids, the youngest being 3, and the oldest 11. Randy has it all from a pack and play, to every yard game you can think of! We enjoyed the pool/spa, as well as the firepit! We even used the grill to make burgers and hot dogs after one of the games. Randy is extremely attentive to emails…we couldn’t figure out where the propane tank was for the fire pit or how to stream the tvs in the bedrooms…and Randy responded within minutes! The dryer wasn’t drying our clothes, and he came out to see what the matter was! No complaints! Also, this property is walkable to Publix grocery store and CVS as well as some restaurants! We will definitely be back! Thank you Randy!

This home is a dream!! From the amazing kitchen to the pristine bedrooms & bathrooms inside to the AMAZING backyard, this place was magical! This was perfect for our family! Close enough to local beaches to enjoy, but also a peaceful retreat to catch up with family and spend time with our adult & teenage kids! The games and putting green were so much fun! Will definitely book again! Randy is an amazing host and has gained a new client for years to come!
