HTD Pool/Walk 2 DWTN Farmer's Market & Riverfront

Beautiful home! Fantastic location! The home is decorated nicely, the pool was warm and inviting, the amenities were much appreciated. The upstairs room with bunk beds gets a little warm, but otherwise the house was perfect! Would highly recommend.

Responsive host with a good location

Our stay was perfect. We were a group of 2 families with 4 adults and 6 children. There was room for everyone comfortably. The pool was a hit and was well heated. The kitchen was well equipped. All the beds were comfortable. Easy to get in and out of house with code system. We walked to the farmer's market and downtown O"Bricks Restaurant and to Pier 22. We grilled in one night. Grill was clean and worked well. Thank you for a great stay!

House was beautiful & spacious. It was so helpful to have many of the things that we needed during our stay. we were within close proximity to various restaurants, so we enjoyed the beautiful riverfront on our walks. Hosts were very helpful with any questions. We enjoyed the front porch and the heated pool was great!

This home is beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. There are so many extra touches from the containers to store leftovers in to the laundry detergent to the spray starch for the iron. I could go on. Randy is a very responsive host and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay here!

This was a great place to stay. The home was immaculately maintained and had many more amenities than we expected. It had a washer and dryer on the first and second floors and lots of beach items for use in the garage. The pool was well-maintained and everything was neat and orderly. I highly recommend this property to others and have already posted on my page.

Great historic house in wonderful historic neighbourhood

The house was big and spacious. They had everything you can possibly think of at the house. Nice spacious rooms. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to fully enjoy the outdoor amenities because of storm Debby but we made the best of it. The only reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is because the main floor was extremely warm and never went below 76 degrees even with the thermostat being set to 70. Randy was informed and said he was aware and is looking to replace the unit soon. With that being said we were unable to use the first floor as much as we wanted because of how warm it felt. At time the couches felt very damp. I Will definitely give this place another chance after the AC issue has been fixed.

We love this place. It's the perfect location for us near the Riverwalk. Lots of things for kids to do. Love the 2 master bed/baths. All the rooms are comfortable. This has been our 3rd visit to this home. The kitchen is great for cooking large meals for our family. We all look forward to this time.

The River house in Bradenton was exactly as pictured online. It was a beautifully maintained historic home in a great location. Walking distance to the river walk, downtown and restaurants. The home was very clean and they provided excellent amenities, bath towels, soaps, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The beaches were very close too. We enjoyed spending time together with family in the home. Randy was a very responsive host. Thank you again for your hospitality. We highly recommend your home for all to enjoy. 5 stars for sure!

This Airbnb was a blessing! Clean, well stocked, great communication with host but best of all was the location! Our daughter was getting married at Bakers Ranch and the rehearsal dinner was at Pier 22 and the Welcome Party / Room blocks were at the nearby Springhill Suites. All of our guests just loved the area, food, etc. The morning of the wedding, all the bridesmaids came over to the Airbnb for hair and make-up and then we used SRQ Trolley to transport to the venue. The airbnb was large enough to accommodate 7 people and 2 dogs! And then spacious for family to come over for morning after brunch. The pool was a great way to cool off and relax. We used the outdoor grill a lot too. Plus the bikes in the garage. I could go on and on about how wonderful the River House was for our stay. Oh yeah, very comfortable beds!! Thanks Randy!

We loved staying here it was beautiful!

We couldn't have found a more wonderful place for our needs. It was so well appointed; we didn't want for anything. It was very clean, super important for me. The beds were comfortable, the living room furniture was just right after a long day. Our adult children could retire to their rooms, and we had quiet throughout. Loved the pool, not for swimming but for exercise and paddling. Walking to restaurants with good food for takeout was so easy. Having the third bathroom off the kitchen (maybe a pool bath?) was a little strange with two bedrooms and an office upstairs, but it worked fine. My husband and I stayed on the first floor with the ensuite bath, and we were happy - no stairs. Thank you, Randy for being so responsive when we had questions, which were few since everything was explained so well up front.

Great experience overall and worth the money!

We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again. The house and pool were beautiful. There were plenty of towels, linens, fully stocked kitchen, and the pool toys and bikes were a bonus. There was a lovely Riverwalk, ice cream, and cafe in walking distance. There was also much in short driving distance, including the most gorgeous beaches. Overall, it was a fantastic place to vacation!

Absolutely the perfect place for our family of two adults, two teens, and a toddler. The amenities included by the owners kept everyone busy and there was nothing missing that we needed! 10/10 would stay here again!

This rental was perfect for our group of 8. As advertised, extremely clean and nicely decorated. Walking distance to some nice restraunts and bars right on the water. Randy was easy to communicate with, and even helped with some items that were left behind. Rentals like this are hard to find near the downtown area. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

House was great to accommodate our large group! Was clean with great kitchen space and plenty of towels! Plenty of restaurants, grocery, and shopping nearby. Some were within walking distance. Would stay again for future visits to area!

We had a great stay at Randy's house. Plenty of room for four adults and two teenagers. It was in a great location as well and we were able to walk to restaurants and local pubs. It was just in the perfect place. Highly recommended!

We loved every minute. The place is clean, spacious, and has great sleeping arrangements including two master suites. The pool was great for the kids as well as the Riverwalk. We meet our kids' birth families here every year and this is our go-to place. Couldn't ask for more!

We had such a lovely stay at Randy's home!!! It had everything we needed. our family was a party of 8, including a disabled person and toddler. We loved the beds. They were so comfortable. Downtown was about 5 mins away, which had a variety of restaurants. If we return to Florida, I know where we will be staying!

The place is neat. Especially for a big family of 7 like ours. We were very comfy in the house. We went a couple of days to the beach, which is only around 20 min away. After beach time, the pool was a very good refreshing asset for the kids to finish the day. Looking forward to come back!!!

My four friends and I were honored to stay in this beautiful home! Loved the nautical vibe, enough space for all of us to have our own rooms, and the proximity to the Riverwalk, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island. Quiet neighborhood and so comfortable. As worldwide Airbnb travelers, we have to place Randy’s spot on our top 5 of locations we have enjoyed. The home is quaint and full of character, yet has modern amenities and space for everyone. Each morning, my wife ran along the Riverwalk. I was able to do some work calls from the house with high speed internet. We enjoyed the private pool and walkable evening dinner and drink spots: Highly recommend O’Bricks for dinner, followed by a drink on the rooftop of Oak & Stone. The bikes allowed for some great exploring. The kitchen was well stocked, and the complementary coffee was great. We truly can’t recommend Randy’s property enough! Comfortable, homey, and close to everything! Will definitely be back.

This house was wonderful, my family and I enjoyed our stay, the house had everything you need from a home away, very family friendly, all the amenities were amazing. Randy is a wonderful host, very friendly and considerate in ensuring that the house has everything travelers might need for a stay. Definitely recommend it, 5 stars for sure!!

Great vacation rental, enjoyed by everyone. This home was clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The outside of the home is well maintained. The hardwood floors inside the home were beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. My youngest child loved discovering the children's books and movies in the room with the bunk beds. The pool and pool toys were a big hit with the kids. One of our kids scraped their foot while swimming. I was pleasantly surprised to find the home stocked with a few bandaids, which helped me avoid a trip to the store after I had settled in for the night. The home had mostly anything you might need in a pinch. My family and I were in town a track meet at IMG, which was a short drive from the home. On the morning of the track meet, we grabbed breakfast from Salt and Pepper. That evening we ordered from Rodney's Jamaican Grill. Both restaurants were nearby and had great food. The host responded quickly to messages. Would definitely book again.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. We were very close to the beaches that we intended to spend most of our time. The house had everything you needed for a home away from home and was very family friendly. The bedroom on the first floor was super convenient for us as we had a family member with special needs and the setup was perfect. I would definitely recommend.
