Great location! A lot in walking distance.

Randy is a great host. Our stay had everything needed to feel comfortable in an area that was quiet and private. Plenty to do in the area without being in the mix constantly. The entire space was clean and thoughtfully put together. Absolutely will stay again.

Had trouble with the lock code on initial arrival but Randy was responsive right away, had it fixed with no troubles thereafter. Location is very easy access to AMI and nestled in a beautiful quiet neighborhood . Would definitely stay again.

This home was perfect! It was all it was advertised to be and more! Our host was so responsive! The house is so close to the Riverwalk, which is a beautiful 1.5 mile trail along the Manatee River, with art installations and activities along. And did I mention the mattress? It’s like heaven! I had such a good nights sleep while there

J'ai été charmé par les lieux. Le logement était simple et pratique. Tout étaient très confortable. Les gens du quartier sont très poli et courtois. C'était comme dans une vrai maison avec un super grand patio. Nous avions des visiteurs tel que des lézard et une multitude d'oiseaux et d'écureuil. Les vélo ont été très utile pour nos déplacements car tout était près du logement. Le BBQ était disponible à l'utilisation. La télévision fonctionnait parfaitement. L'internet aussi. Les activité en ville étaient tout simplement merveilleux. Marathon, Marché à ciel ouvert le samedi que nous étions la. De la musique dans le parque près de la rivière. La ''riverwalk'' était magnifiquement construite et nous pouvions faire de la marche ou du vélo dessus. Le pier 22 est la place à être pour les bateaux. Tout était magique. Je vais y retourner car j'ai pas eu assez de temps pour bien en profité. merci François Dubeau

The place worked well for me ... convenient location ... could walk to town ... safe ... clean ... quiet ... comfortable and reasonable. I would stay here again!

A great place for two people that was really private, peaceful and secluded. We felt right at home, everything was set up well and furnishings were very comfortable. The deck and yard are amazing. We loved all of the personal touches like the charging station, first aid kit, personal care items etc. We were rained out of the beaches, but still found things to do, the restaurants on Main St are great, and Pier 22 was amazing. We'll definitely be back for another visit in the future.

Great little hideaway! Nice and quiet neighborhood with about 15min walk to Main Street. Randy was very nice and communicative, had zero issues with the place and the evenings were extremely comfortable. The price is great and I definitely would book again.

We did a short staycation with our 4 month old and it was the perfect spot. The bedroom was nice and large and very comfortable. Loved being able to walk around the neighborhood and to local restaurants and coffee spots and it was such a short drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Clean, host was a good communicator, parking was easy, close to downtown activities & fabulous restaurants, units in process of remodeling to be even cuter/homier.

This beautiful cottage was convenient and walkable to everything in downtown Bradenton. The restaurants were amazing and less than a 10 minute ride to the stunning beaches.

Our stay was great, when we got there it was very easy to check in it was very clean, the host was super responsive, and the location was great. The drive to the beach wasn’t long at all and there’s so many great places that was walkable distance. I will definitely book here again.

Randy’s place was amazing, walkable to many hidden treasures & the bikes allowed us to explore the city. Super helpful recommendations & the perfect little patio.

A wonderful cozy place, close to a lot of nice areas. Sorry we didn’t get to spend more time there but we had family close by and we were on the run most of the time, but are thankful we found this cottage, thanks

First the place was very clean and close to the beach and to the center. Second , we left by accident a gold chain on the bed and Randy was very responsible and care about it that the next day he was send it to us. The hospital and the honesty was priceless. Thank you Randy

Such a cute place to stay! Everything was great! Easy check-in, they had everything we needed, and they also provided some great recommendations for restaurants! We had trouble getting the tv to work, but Randy was quick to respond to help us out. We would definitely stay again!

We were in Florida to visit grandchildren and attend the eldest grandchild's graduation. Randy's place was perfectly located to help us get to their home and Lecom Field. It was exactly as described and a wonderful, quiet retreat at the end of the day. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful, near the historic section of Bradenton. Would have been very walkable had we the time to walk! It was very clean and met our needs perfectly. Thank you, Randy!

Great location, close to the beach and many restaurants; near the main drag but secluded enough for a couples getaway. Randy was very friendly and the place had everything we needed for our much-anticipated vacation. Try Coco Joe's Gelati and Sam's Seafood & Grille, visit Manatee Beach and relax. Great place to stay, great vacation!

Randy came out to greet us upon arrival and we had all that we needed. I was there for a business event, and it was nice to be able to relax and have quiet time out on the deck in the evenings. I appreciated the affordability and will definitely be back!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à Bradenton grâce à l'hospitalité de Randy et son logement très bien situé, près de la marina et des restaurants qui se font à pied. L'emplacement est idéal pour accéder aux différentes plages en voiture : Fort de Soto, Siesta Key et Anna Maria qui est tout près. Le logement est très bien, même s'il n'est pas de style moderne, c'est très propre et tout le nécessaire s'y trouve. On recommande!
