The Sunshine House gives a whole new meaning to fun in the sun. From the moment you step inside you are greeted by by sunshine with a beautiful mural. Each room greets you with it's own flair of bringing the sunshine in. And the back yard is set up to make you forget you came to see our beautiful beaches. Close to IMG, the downtown scene, the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island, restaurants, shops. This is the perfect location for your next family vacation. Don't forget your shades. The Sunshine House: 3 bedroom/2 bath Bedroom#1: King ensuite - King bed, ensuite with walk-in shower, and walk-in closet Bedroom#2: Queen room - queen bed, with full closet and dresser Bedroom#3: Bunk room - 2 sets of bunks, dresser, and full closet Hall Bathroom - full bathroom with tub to be shared by the rooms on that side of the house The Sunshine house also has a living room, game room, large kitchen, dining room, and laundry room is in the garage. Each room has a smart TV and FAST, FREE WiFi. Out back you will find the screened lanai which houses our inground heated pool, hot tub, dining area, lounge area and several murals perfect for those photo opps. Beyond the lanai you will find our fire pit set beneath the pergola. The putting green, the corn hole and our propane grill. The yellow shed is filled with beach supplies and pool gear. We want to lighten the load as you prepare for your trip. The home always has condiments and spices that we have ensured are safe for consumption. ITEMS WE PROVIDE: LINENS/TOWELS: Bath Towel - 1 per guest (1 extra per bathroom) Hand Towel - 1 per guest (1 extra in each shared bathroom) Wash cloths - 1 per guest Make-up removal wash cloths - 1 per adult guest (1 extra per bathroom) Beach towels - 1 per guest Clean bed linens, quilts, and pillows for each bed. An extra set of sheets and pillow will be provided for the trundle bed. IMG less than 3 miles away. Close to State parks, historical parks, museums, fishing and boating. We have a full guest manual in the home, with all the information you will need for our home and brochures and maps of the area, that should give you plenty to explore, if you choose to venture away from the home. Guests have full access to the entire house. We have 2 owners closets. We communicate strictly through your booking platform so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house. Hospitals are minutes away if needed. There are 26 stops in total on the island so you can get anywhere. FREE! If you want to enjoy the sights on your way to the island find all the information to the Gulf Island Ferry in our guest manual. You will ride along the to the island while enjoying the sights. Download the "mystop" app and click on manatee county to get real time updates on bus expected arrival times. If staying in the area, we do suggest renting a vehicle. Please note we do have cameras ONLY outside for everyone's safety. These cameras are located by the front door and around the back of the house. They will record audio and video. Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Your booking platform offers trip insurance for each reservation that must be purchased at the time of reservation. If you miss this opportunity, and want to guarantee the option to cancel outside the normal cancellation period, you will need to purchase private trip insurance.

March 2025 4.00Overall good place to stay. Could use some updates especially outside. Pool and hot tub were great. Just some other things that could be updated such as lighting around the yard and pool being out and a few things around the house just need some refreshing. Randy is very responsive and we have been at others rentals of his that we loved. Kids loved staying here and didn’t want to leave the pool.

September 2024 5.00We stayed at this house during hurricane helene. I can say the house was spotless and matched the pictures online. It also kept us safe during the hurricane, and the area had no flooding. We were so upset to leave early due to no power because of the hurricane. We absolutely loved the property and would love to visit Randy’s other properties in the future.

August 2024 5.00We loved our stay here! Randy was very friendly and responsive. The place matched the pictures, only down side was the hot tub wasnt working which was a bummer since that was a big selling point for us. The area is quiet and the place is close to the beach. We will be back!

August 2024 5.00The house was great. It is very close to Anna Maria Island and Downtown Bradenton. The pool is awesome and super convenient if you have kids traveling with you. The kitchen and Bathrooms are well stocked. Randy is extremely responsive and helpful with any of your needs. We hope to visit again soon.

August 2024 1.00DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE if you book this house get ready to burn the heck up! The HVAC system is awful it was 81 inside AT night time. We could not even sleep!! I had to get out of there and get a hotel one night. I told RANDY! The owner about it and he was so RUDE!! Telling me I've never been to Florida and stuff. I tried telling him what's wrong with the place and he just basically said deal with it! The beds are no good you sink in there and your back will hurt. All the putters were broken I mean you name it it was messed up! Eventually I had to buy a small hvac unit to cool one room off where my baby sleeps so she could get a good nights sleep! Randy owns a lot of Airbnbs around this town and I'm assuming there all like this and he will not do anything about it. whoever rents this GOODLUCK !!!

August 2024 5.00We have just returned from a week's stay at this beautiful home. It was the perfect setting for our 'relaxation' week after a busy week in Orlando. Our kids absolutley LOVED the pool and garden area, and we spent a lot of time in both. Our host let us know just before our arrival that the hot tub would unfortunately not be working due to a technical fault, so we did not get to try this out. Very comfortable bedrooms, and cosy living areas. The washer and dryer are the biggest and best ones we've ever used! Super-handy when holidaying with kids. A chest of drawers in the bunkbed room might be useful for your next guests. Bradenton is a great place to visit, and we especially enjoyed the restaurants along the Riverwalk, as well as our trip to Anna Maria Island which is very close by. Our host was always responsive, and helpful, especially with advice and reassurance on the weather around the time of Storm Debby (unfamiliar territory for us Brits!) Thank you for having us!
