The Riverhouse Retreat, FIRST FLOOR *King bedroom - spacious room with large walk-in closet. Large closet is home to an iron, steamer, pack n play (with fresh mattress sheet and blanket), two high chairs, and so much more. Attached Jack n Jill bathroom with step in shower, robes and pocket door for privacy from bathroom. * Twin bed with access to Jack n Jill bathroom with step in shower and Pocket door for privacy from bathroom. *Foyer, reading nook with tons of books and a comfy recliner, game nook with games, a table and chairs and a Pac Man game with several games, living room with fire place (electric heat), dining room, large kitchen with coffee station, eat in counter, laundry room and second full bathroom with step in shower. * Access our privacy screened lanai and inground pool from the kitchen/dining room area. In our screened lanai you will also have access to our fit pit lounging area, outdoor eating space, grill and garage access. The garage houses the bikes and many other pool supplies and all our beach supplies. SECOND FLOOR: * Bunk room - bunk bed with twin top and full on the bottom. A second full size bed. Spacious closet with robes and dresser. * Large Master bedroom with King bed, bay window, and walk in closet. Walk in closet with robes, pack n play (with sheets and blanket). *Dedicated office space with gaming system, adjustable height desk, printer, comfy office/gaming chairs and loveseat with pullout bed. *Large, shared bathroom with tub shower, double vanity sinks, and laundry room *Long drive way parking - 4 car off street parking * All bedrooms and living room are equipped with smart TV's. The downstairs is cooled/heated by 4 mini splits. They operate individually so you can regulate the temps in each area. It was so helpful to have many of the things that we needed during our stay. we were within close proximity to various restaurants, so we enjoyed the beautiful riverfront on our walks. Hosts were very helpful with any questions. We enjoyed the front porch and the heated pool was great!

There are so many extra touches from the containers to store leftovers in to the laundry detergent to the spray starch for the iron. I could go on. Randy is a very responsive host and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay here!

September 2024 5.00This was a great place to stay. The home was immaculately maintained and had many more amenities than we expected. It had a washer and dryer on the first and second floors and lots of beach items for use in the garage. The pool was well-maintained and everything was neat and orderly. I highly recommend this property to others and have already posted on my page.

August 2024 4.00The house was big and spacious. They had everything you can possibly think of at the house. Nice spacious rooms. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to fully enjoy the outdoor amenities because of storm Debby but we made the best of it. The only reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is because the main floor was extremely warm and never went below 76 degrees even with the thermostat being set to 70. Randy was informed and said he was aware and is looking to replace the unit soon. With that being said we were unable to use the first floor as much as we wanted because of how warm it felt. At time the couches felt very damp. I Will definitely give this place another chance after the AC issue has been fixed.

June 2024 5.00We love this place. It's the perfect location for us near the Riverwalk. Lots of things for kids to do. Love the 2 master bed/baths. All the rooms are comfortable. This has been our 3rd visit to this home. The kitchen is great for cooking large meals for our family. We all look forward to this time.
