The unit is spacious and well decorated. The beds are comfortable and the area is quiet, so we slept well. Even though we weren’t waterfront, it was only a short walk to the beach. We were especially pleased to have a beach cart, chairs, floats and plenty of beach towels. We also enjoyed the pool and barbecue grill.

One of the most relaxing vacations ever. The house is stunning and in a great location. I love those area of Holmes Beach, so close to the ocean yet also so close to Publix and Alvin’s Island. I walked there several times. The house has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was as well stocked with cookware and dishes as my home. I have stayed in this home before Randy bought it and while the location was great, the house was in need of updating. I stumbled across it while searching for a vacation rental and so glad I did. Randy did a fabulous job renovating it. Communication was great. Check in was seamless. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Great location and a very close walk to the beach. Loved how spacious the home was and enjoyed the screened in patio. Hosts were very responsive throughout the stay. Also enjoyed the neighbors in the 2 units below us! We did have a bug issue in the room off the kitchen where our kids were staying. Had a few termites flying around the area, but that bedroom had tons of termites (though most of them already dead) underneath both beds. The hosts were fast moving and had pest control and cleaners out the next morning.

Perfect location! A very easy walk to the beach. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. We loved breakfast on the screen porch and my kids loved taking a break from the beach in the afternoons to swim in the pool. Randy was very responsive and helpful. All the beach gear we needed was provided, including a wagon, and made for hours of fun and comfortable beach time! A hidden gem, would love to come back!

Thank you Randy for all your help last week! Very nice place to stay. Amenities were wonderful especially for bring a baby. Beach chairs, cart and umbrella for each unit were top notch. Our neighbors that also rented were so wonderful. Would definitely rent again!

Our group had a wonderful time here! With plenty of beds and a large living room area, the space is very conducive to big groups. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and hopping on the MCAT trolley to explore the area. Randy was communicative and helpful - we would definitely recommend the experience!

Great place. Looked just like the pictures. Very close to the beach and easy walk to shopping. Plenty of space for everyone in our party. Check in process was easy and Randy did a great job communicating. Pool was nice, heated in February. The rumors of AMIs death have been exaggerated. Yes, still a few houses that need repair and a few businesses not yet open, but it was a great time and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
