Beach parking is free. Please keep the House clean and tidy, and more important enjoy yourself and the beauty of the surrounding area! You are responsible for the safety of yourself and guests. We take pride in preparing the house for each guest and in doing so, we take inventory of the household contents. Please NO SMOKING in the house as there is a smoking area outside. IN CASE OF INJURY: First Aid Kit is Available. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: This is Florida you will see an occasional bug. Property is monitored by cameras. The cameras are outside the home disabling these cameras will terminate your rental agreement without refund. There are NO cameras inside the home. Failure to observe house rules will result in termination of your rental agreement without refund.
