Escape the harsh winter and soak up the sunshine at Villa Delfino. Spend your days exploring nearby beaches or strolling the island while enjoying the sights, sounds, and local charm. After a day of adventure, return to your perfect retreat—unwind with a dip in the heated pool or a soothing soak in the hot tub. Challenge friends and family to indoor or outdoor games, or gather around the fire pit for relaxing evenings under the stars. Beaches, great food, and family fun await at Villa Delfino.

This is a private home in a cul-de-sac that is 1/2 Mile to Manatee River, 5 miles to AMI public beach, short drive to shopping centers and restaurants.  Close to IMG, Bradenton Convention Center, Lecom Park for Pirates Spring Training, Lecom Medical school.


SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1: King Bed ensuite with large walk in shower and soaker tub

KITCHEN:
Fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, coffee maker (drip and Keurig), waffle maker, blender, pizza stone, Island for seating, crockpot, some spices, dishes.

INDOOR LIVING:
Open floor plan.  5 smart TVs, separate dining area, high chair/pack n play, 

GAME ROOM: Including Arcade games, foosball, basketball, and family games.  Home to our sofa that converts to full size bed.

GENERAL INFORMATION: 
Free high speed internet/Wi-Fi (500 mbps), washer & dryer, central air & heat, ceiling fans, hair dryers, iron/board, keyless entry, child pool safety gate available.

Bath Towel - 1 per guest (1 extra per bathroom)
Hand Towel - 1 per guest (1 extra in each shared bathroom)

Make-up removal wash cloths - 1 per adult guest (1 extra per bathroom)
Beach towels - 1 per guest

Clean bed linens, quilts, and pillows for each bed.  An extra set of sheets and pillow will be provided for the trundle bed.

1 step required to access front door, single-story home, 1 exterior security camera (Ring doorbell on front door), pet fee (paid per trip)
QUIET TIME 11PM- 8AM (No exceptions as this is a family neighborhood)

PARKING: 
Driveway (Max 4 vehicles), trailer/boat parking allowed on-site.

POOL & BACKYARD SAFETY:
The private pool in the backyard is NOT GATED although there is a child safety gate available. The entire backyard is fenced in. Children need to be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES especially in the backyard around the pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit. All guests as well as any parent/guardian of minors, will release the owners/hosts of the property from any personal injury that may occur during their stay.

NO GLASSWARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA:
Please use plastic dishware and cups by the pool.

Please help us maintain our amenities so that we can continue providing them in the future.  Please DO NOT use bath towels/washcloths for makeup or removal of makeup. We supply MAKEUP towels. If hair is freshly colored, please use caution as to not stain towels.
DO NOT FLUSH anything down besides human waste/toilet paper. Additional charges may apply for clogs or stained towels.

DOG POLICY:
Low shedding-well behaved dogs are allowed. You are responsible for any damages as well as to cleanup after your dog. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per trip. Please message me to discuss if your dog should happen to damage anything or has an accident so our cleaners can attempt to remove the stain. Our cleaners are very good at stain removal although if we are unable to remove the stain, you are financially responsible.

Guests have full access to the entire house. We have 2 owners closets that are locked. One shed outside is locked

We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need.

We live just a few miles away and are available for any questions or problems.  Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house. 
Hospitals are minutes away if needed.

Please note we do have cameras ONLY outside the front door for everyone's safety. 

These cameras are located by the front doors of the house only.
