Inside: *Each side of the duplex has 2 bedrooms: *East – 1 King and 2 twin beds with a pullout in the living room *West – 1 King bed and 1 queen bed with a pullout in the living room *Each side also has 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, living room and full kitchen with counter dining area Outside: *East – has a swimming pool, outdoor shower, loungers, a propane grill and laundry room *West – has a hot tub, fire pit with seating, hammock, propane grill, outdoor shower and laundry room *All outdoor lighting is solar powered, so you don’t have to worry about flipping switches. The front of the property is equipped with a plug in for an electric vehicle or golf cart. Each side of the duplex has a private entrance. The back yards are private and separated by a locked gate that can be unlocked for easy access between properties during your stay. There is parking for 4 vehicles at the front of the property.
