Your relaxing vacation is here! Private Cottage with a huge deck. Wonderfully furnished with plush linens, beach towels/chairs. A great nights sleep with a king-size bed and pull-out couch which serves as 2nd bed. Private kitchen and bath. TV and fast WIFI. We are located in a historic and quiet neighborhood in DT Bradenton. There are 3 villas on our large corner property. Off street parking. Quiet times are between 10PM until 7:30AM. Please respect others. Walk to many great restaurants! The Seahorse Cottage is located on a large lot 2 blocks from downtown Bradenton, royal palm tree lined streets and front yard views of the Manatee River. Birds sing with calm coastal breezes. Off street parking, bikes to use, and movies on the deck. Close to world renowned beaches. We always try to accommodate our guests request for early check in but can’t promise that. Early check in is not always possible but we try our best to make this happen. It really comes down to cleaning schedules. Brand new mini-split AC and heat units installed September 2023 for your comfort. The Seahorse Cottage is for your exclusive enjoyment. Private entrance and space. The large backyard deck is a shared area with 2 other cottages on this large property. Laundry area is available for stays longer then 5 days upon request. You are responsible for your own laundry supplies. We live just a few houses away and are available for any questions or problems. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in unit. Hospitals are minutes away if needed. Please message me with any questions or concerns. We will get back to you, usually within minutes. The Seahorse Cottage is in an amazing area. It is centrally location by the Manatee River, close to downtown, and world renowned beaches. Bradenton Riverwalk (riverfront biking, jogging, playground, splash park, volleyball and bike/skate park): 5 minute walk South Florida Museum & Planetarium (with Manatees!!)- 1 mile. LECOM park: Pittsburgh Pirates spring training facility - 1 mile. Sarasota Jungle Gardens: 9.2 miles. Mote Aquarium: (More manatees) 12 miles. Favorite Restaurants We Love! Breakfast/Lunch: Sage Biscuit downtown Bradenton Peaches (numerous locations) with fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice. Lunch/dinner: Pier 22 outdoor dining on the river Riverhouse Grill in Palmetto waterfront (great view) Motorworks Brewing (outside Jenga, corn hole, outside entertainment with great food and even better craft brews)- .8 miles There are plenty of Uber’s and there are 2 private drivers our guests have used and were happy with the costs and trip. Please keep the Cottage clean and tidy, and more important enjoy yourself and the beauty of the surrounding area! You are responsible for the safety of yourself and guests. I take pride in preparing our cottage for each guest and in doing so, I take inventory of the household contents. If anything happens to be broken, missing, or if extra cleaning is needed after your stay, please understand that additional charges may incur. Please no smoking in the unit as there is a covered smoking area outside. Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offer trip insurance for each reservation.

June 2024 5.00Randy is a great host. Our stay had everything needed to feel comfortable in an area that was quiet and private. Plenty to do in the area without being in the mix constantly. The entire space was clean and thoughtfully put together. Absolutely will stay again.

May 2024 5.00Had trouble with the lock code on initial arrival but Randy was responsive right away, had it fixed with no troubles thereafter. Location is very easy access to AMI and nestled in a beautiful quiet neighborhood . Would definitely stay again.

The house is so close to the Riverwalk, which is a beautiful 1.5 mile trail along the Manatee River, with art installations and activities along. And did I mention the mattress? It’s like heaven! I had such a good nights sleep while there

April 2024 5.00J'ai été charmé par les lieux. Le logement était simple et pratique. Tout étaient très confortable. Les gens du quartier sont très poli et courtois. C'était comme dans une vrai maison avec un super grand patio. Nous avions des visiteurs tel que des lézard et une multitude d'oiseaux et d'écureuil. Les vélo ont été très utile pour nos déplacements car tout était près du logement. Le BBQ était disponible à l'utilisation. La télévision fonctionnait parfaitement. L'internet aussi. Les activité en ville étaient tout simplement merveilleux. Marathon, Marché à ciel ouvert le samedi que nous étions la. De la musique dans le parque près de la rivière. La ''riverwalk'' était magnifiquement construite et nous pouvions faire de la marche ou du vélo dessus. Le pier 22 est la place à être pour les bateaux. Tout était magique. Je vais y retourner car j'ai pas eu assez de temps pour bien en profité. merci François Dubeau
