On most vacations, you actually have to leave your home to find colorful murals & unique features (like a gumball machine & vintage arcade game), but we have it all here. The backyard oasis you’ll be able to relax while having fun. There’s a gas fire pit, griddle, pergola with swing seating area & LOTS of yard games for adults and kid’s. When it comes to having a good time, we have everything you need. Perfect for your family to enjoy, bachelorette parties, or just a fun weekend away! Location is key, and this property is in the heart of everything that Bradenton/Sarasota has to offer, from shops, restaurants, and white sandy beaches. Our stylish 3-Bedroom sun-filled rooms have been tastefully decorated with brand-new furniture in an all new colorful theme. Several big windows flood the space with loads of natural light. The 3 bright bedrooms are decorated in fun colors with a beach vibe. The master bedroom comes with a comfortable Queen-Size bed as well as a generous closet and en-suite. Bedroom number 2 comes with a Full size bed and ample storage. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed with comfy mattress. Two full size bathrooms, this house has it all. Upon walking in you will find a brand new kitchen, dining, living area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Please treat them as if they were your own and clean up after yourself. You will find dishes, glassware, pots, pans and flatware available for your stay as well as appliances and small conveniences. The BACKYARD is where all the fun begins! Hang out by the firepit, and toast some marshmallows for yummy s’mores! Relax on the swing while sipping from your pineapple cup. Play a friendly game of mega chess, mega connect 4 or mega jenga with family! There are no food items in the house. If you bring some in, please be sure to throw away all perishables before you check out. If perishables are unopened feel free to leave them and we will donate to a local food bank. There are both trash and recycling bins beside the sink in the kitchen and extra bags are at the bottom of each bin or under the sink. There is a heat and AC unit in the main living space and also the bedrooms. Please set a comfortable temperature for yourself and your guests. There are TV remotes for the of the 4 smart TV's (Netflix, YouTube, etc.).You are responsible for these remotes during your stay and there will be a $50 charge for each lost remote. In the bathrooms you will find one extra toilet paper and towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and beach cart available in the home for your use. All linens supplied which includes bedding, 1 set of towels (bath towel and washcloths) per guest. Also, Coffee and paper towels are provided. Guests have full access to the entire home. We live just down the street so if you need anything during your stay please let us know. We respect your space but are also here if you need us. Quiet neighborhood so please respect the neighbors. This is a free trolley that goes up and down Anna maria island and a bus comes to every stop every 20 minutes. There are 26 stops in total on the island so you can get anywhere. FREE! Download the "mystop" app and click on manatee county to get real time updates on bus expected arrival times. If staying in the area, we do suggest renting a vehicle. Please note we do have cameras ONLY outside for everyone's safety. These cameras are located by the front door and around the back of the house. They will record audio and video. Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offer trip insurance for each reservation.

July 2024 4.00The house was very clean inside. Randy communicated well. Overall rating was not 5 stars due to some of the issues we had. We were notified 45 mins prior to arrival that grass wasn’t cut. It looks like it hasn’t been cut in weeks. We booked this place specifically for the outside. We couldn’t use the hot tub as it was very dirty. I told Randy about it within hours of us checking in. Randy said it wouldn’t be cleaned until Monday which wasn’t a solution since we checked out that day. The house does not have central ac or isn’t properly working as there are acs on the windows. The master bedroom does not have an ac and it was very hot to sleep in without turning on the fan (which was kinda loud). The pool is located towards the front of the yard so you’re facing the street. I wish they put as much effort on the outside as they do on the inside.

June 2024 5.00Very fun house and great if you have little ones. We had a couple issues that needed to be fixed during our stay but Randy was very responsive and helpful. I will be back to this area and will be looking at houses again where he is the host.
