WOW! Shake up your next vacation! Close to AMI and downtown Bradenton. This VERY chic home is waiting for you! The outside living area is paradise which includes a solar heated pool and outdoor cooking area or maybe just relax and SWING on the lounge chairs by the gas fireplace. Inside the kids can hang in the cool kids area while the adults play a game of yard Jenga, Connect 4, or corn hole. There are amazing restaurants just a short drive away. Best beaches for INCREDIBLE Fun for all Ages. Stylish with private inground pool+backyard oasis+ very own game room! Close to all beaches. Upon walking in you will find a brand new kitchen, dining, living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Please treat them as if they were your own and clean up after yourself. You will find dishes, glassware, pots, pans and flatware available for your stay as well as appliances and small conveniences. There are no food items in the house. If you bring some in, please be sure to throw away all perishables before you check out. If perishables are unopened feel free to leave them and we will donate to a local food bank. There are both trash and recycling bins under the sink in the kitchen and extra bags are at the bottom of each bin. There is a heat and AC unit in the main living space and also the bedrooms. Please set a comfortable temperature for yourself and your guests. There are TV remotes for the smart TV's (Netflix, YouTube, etc.). You are responsible for these remotes during your stay and there will be a $50 charge for each lost remote. In the bathrooms you will find extra toilet paper and towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and soap. I have also provided Q-tips, cotton balls and makeup removal cloths. Please use these cloths instead of the towels to remove makeup or tanning lotions in order to save the towels from being destroyed with stains. Finally, checkout is by 11am on the day of departure. The housekeepers will arrive at 11am to start the cleaning process for the next guests. Please have your things packed up and removed by that time to avoid any embarrassment. She will do a walk through, too inspect for damaged or missing items. Upon checkout, please turn off all lights, heat/AC, fans, TV, oven, running water; remove all perishable items from the home, place the remotes back in the holders and lock the door behind you. You will have access to the entire house. We just have 2 locked owners closets. We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need. We live just a few miles away and are available for any questions or problems. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house. Hospitals are minutes away if needed. Please message me with any questions or concerns. We will get back to you, usually within minutes. This house is in an amazing area. It is centrally located between Manatee Ave and Cortez Rd, close to downtown, and world renowned beaches. Bradenton Riverwalk (riverfront biking, jogging, playground, splash park, volleyball and bike/skate park): 5 minute South Florida Museum & Planetarium (with Manatees!!)- 5 minutes LECOM park: Pittsburgh Pirates spring training facility - 5 minutes Sarasota Jungle Gardens: 20 minutes Mote Aquarium: (More manatees) 25 minutes Favorite Restaurants We Love! Breakfast/Lunch: Sage Biscuit downtown Bradenton Peaches (numerous locations) with fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice. Lunch/dinner: Pier 22 outdoor dining on the river Riverhouse Grill in Palmetto waterfront (great view) Motorworks Brewing (outside Jenga, corn hole, outside entertainment with great food and even better craft brews)- .8 miles You will need a car to get around unless you want to use the many Lift or Uber services in the area. Beach parking is free. Please keep the House clean and tidy, and more important enjoy yourself and the beauty of the surrounding area! You are responsible for the safety of yourself and guests. We take pride in preparing the house for each guest and in doing so, we take inventory of the household contents. If anything happens to be broken, missing, or if extra cleaning is needed after your stay, please understand that additional charges may incur. Please no smoking in the house as there is a smoking area outside. IN CASE OF INJURY: First Aid Kit is Available. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: This is Florida you will see an occasional bug. Property is monitored by cameras. The cameras are outside the home disabling these cameras will terminate your rental agreement without refund. There are NO cameras inside the home. Failure to observe house rules will result in termination of your rental agreement without refund. Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offer trip insurance for each reservation.

July 2024 5.00I stay in several Airbnb‘s and hotels I have never in my life stayed in a home so Perfect clean in and out and so 100% point on with photos my grandchildren did not even want to leave the house to go do things they wanted to stay at the house at the yard in the pool and the game room.

June 2024 4.00Overall, we found the place to be nice, and the check-in process was easy. However, we encountered a few issues that we felt could have been better addressed before our arrival. On the positive side, we thoroughly enjoyed the backyard and spent much time there. The game room was also a great feature, especially on rainy days, and we appreciated that it was air-conditioned. Communication was generally okay, but there is always room for improvement. Thank you for hosting us. We hope our feedback is helpful for future guests.

April 2024 5.00Me and my family absolutely loved our stay here. The pictures don’t do justice of how beautiful this place truly is. Everything was easy to access, the host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly think of needing. It was truly an amazing stay and worth every penny. We went for my sons birthday and he had a GREAT time between the pool and game room! 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone! Cannot say enough about how amazing this stay was for me and my family.
