At night this place is even more jaw dropping w/colorful lights. Leaving will be tough 6 miles to ANNA MARIA island, 7 miles to BRADENTON BEACH, and only 18 miles to SIESTA KEY! Our 3 stylish, sun-filled bedrooms have been tastefully decorated with brand-new furniture in a FUN theme. The caged backyard pool will help keep the Florida heat at bay. Every room is decorated in bright colors with a one-of a kind, cool beach vibe. * Primary bedroom has its own bathroom, a comfortable King bed and generous walk-in closet. * Bedroom number 2 offers a Queen bed and large closet. * Bedroom 3 has two, twin bunk beds with comfy mattresses and a beautiful wall mural. Each room is fully equipped with Roku TVs and FULL LENGTH mirrors! The open floor plan will be noticed as soon as you open the front door giving it that “wow” factor. Inviting you to relax or entertain with the entire family this thoughtfully finished house will have everything you need and more. Hi-speed WI-FI will naturally be provided throughout your stay. The entire family will enjoy this one of a kind experience! Play PAC-MAN and try to beat the high score or enjoy the putting green while grilling. You'll especially love the secluded backyard surrounded by lush, tropical Florida landscaping. A perfect place to relax with the entire family & keep everyone entertained. Should you decide to leave this Floridian sanctuary, you'll have all your desired amenities/beaches within a short 6 mile radius with plenty to do and see for all ages! If staying in the area, we do suggest renting a vehicle. Please note we do have cameras ONLY outside for everyone's safety. These cameras are located by the front door and around the back of the house. They will record audio and video. September 2024 5.00We stayed at this house during hurricane helene. I can say the house was spotless and matched the pictures online. It also kept us safe during the hurricane, and the area had no flooding. We were so upset to leave early due to no power because of the hurricane. We absolutely loved the property and would love to visit Randy’s other properties in the future.

August 2024 5.00We loved our stay here! Randy was very friendly and responsive. The place matched the pictures, only down side was the hot tub wasnt working which was a bummer since that was a big selling point for us. The area is quiet and the place is close to the beach. We will be back!

August 2024 5.00The house was great. It is very close to Anna Maria Island and Downtown Bradenton. The pool is awesome and super convenient if you have kids traveling with you. The kitchen and Bathrooms are well stocked. Randy is extremely responsive and helpful with any of your needs. We hope to visit again soon.

August 2024 1.00DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE if you book this house get ready to burn the heck up! The HVAC system is awful it was 81 inside AT night time. We could not even sleep!! I had to get out of there and get a hotel one night. I told RANDY! The owner about it and he was so RUDE!! Telling me I've never been to Florida and stuff. I tried telling him what's wrong with the place and he just basically said deal with it! The beds are no good you sink in there and your back will hurt. All the putters were broken I mean you name it it was messed up! Eventually I had to buy a small hvac unit to cool one room off where my baby sleeps so she could get a good nights sleep! Randy owns a lot of Airbnbs around this town and I'm assuming there all like this and he will not do anything about it. whoever rents this GOODLUCK !!!

August 2024 5.00We have just returned from a week's stay at this beautiful home. It was the perfect setting for our 'relaxation' week after a busy week in Orlando. Our kids absolutley LOVED the pool and garden area, and we spent a lot of time in both. Our host let us know just before our arrival that the hot tub would unfortunately not be working due to a technical fault, so we did not get to try this out. Very comfortable bedrooms, and cosy living areas. The washer and dryer are the biggest and best ones we've ever used! Super-handy when holidaying with kids. A chest of drawers in the bunkbed room might be useful for your next guests. Bradenton is a great place to visit, and we especially enjoyed the restaurants along the Riverwalk, as well as our trip to Anna Maria Island which is very close by. Our host was always responsive, and helpful, especially with advice and reassurance on the weather around the time of Storm Debby (unfamiliar territory for us Brits!) Thank you for having us!

It was a beautiful set up and the host communicated very efficiently as he let us know about an issue that he was made aware of and made sure we had all questions answered.

July 2024 4.00House was extremely clean and exactly like photos with exception of yard games. Just normal wear and tear. Loved that beach towels and shower towels were provided!! Hot tub was down entire trip but was notified by Randy on the day we were set to arrive. Overall loved it and would definitely stay with Randy again!!
