Are you ready to be WOWED? As soon as you step through our door you will be embraced by our bright cheerful colors and comfortable accommodations. We have taken every measure to make your time with us special. Whether you want to sit back, relax or you’re ready to have some fun, our home is just right for you. Just inside you will be welcomed into our great room, which houses our beautiful, modern kitchen that will make anyone want to sit down and share a meal whether you’re cooking or ordering in. Or you can cuddle up on one of our comfy couches and enjoy a movie night. Long trip? Ready for a good night’s sleep? No problem. We have 4 bedrooms for you to choose from. 2 King en-suites, 1 queen room and 1 amazing bunk room, that houses an L shaped bunk bed combo with two twin bunks and a full size bottom. The bunk room is home to our Arcade game that has over 100 games. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own Smart TV. Don’t want to stay inside, no problem. We are a short 6 miles from the beach. But our backyard oasis might just keep you home. Take a swim in our new pool/swim spa combo or catch some rays on one of our comfy lounge chairs. Use the grill and enjoy a meal in our beautifully designed outdoor eating area, under the covered pergola. Sit by the fire and enjoy some time catching up with friends and family. Play one of our many outdoor games or even work on your short game on our putting green. No matter what you choose to do, we are certain our home will provide you with all you need to make lasting memories. Guests have full access to the entire house. We have a few owners closets that are locked and labeled. We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need. We live just a few miles away and are available for any questions or problems. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house. Hospitals are minutes away if needed. If staying in the area, we do suggest renting a vehicle. Please note we do have cameras ONLY outside for everyone's safety. These cameras are located by the front doors and around the back of the house. Cameras are in all 4 corners of the house (OUTSIDE ONLY). They will record audio and video. Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offer trip insurance for each reservation.

June 2024 5.00There were a few items in the home and backyard that weren't fully functional or broken but they didn't hinder our stay. The owner is very responsive and I am sure he would of taken care of anything in a timely fashion if it bothered us at all.

April 2024 5.00We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. Randy is very friendly and an excellent communicator. The house was very clean throughout with a wonderful and well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Even better than the inside of this home is the outstanding backyard, absolutely amazing! We could not have chosen a better location for our extended family gathering - thanks for the fabulous memories!!

April 2024 5.00This is the perfect place to stay especially with kids. We were there for a sports competition, but the kids, ages 13-17, never were bored. Always had something to keep them occupied. The house was so beautiful and beds very comfortable. We were honestly sad we couldn’t stay a few more days. We hope to return next year.
We were looking for a property that could fit two families. We are from Pittsburgh, and we came in for the Pirates Spring Training games. Randy’s house is in the perfect location to Lecom Park as well as all the beaches! From the time you step inside you can see the well thought out details of this property! We came with our kids, the youngest being 3, and the oldest 11. Randy has it all from a pack and play, to every yard game you can think of! We enjoyed the pool/spa, as well as the firepit! We even used the grill to make burgers and hot dogs after one of the games. Randy is extremely attentive to emails…we couldn’t figure out where the propane tank was for the fire pit or how to stream the tvs in the bedrooms…and Randy responded within minutes! The dryer wasn’t drying our clothes, and he came out to see what the matter was! No complaints! Also, this property is walkable to Publix grocery store and CVS as well as some restaurants! We will definitely be back! Thank you Randy!

This home is a dream!! From the amazing kitchen to the pristine bedrooms & bathrooms inside to the AMAZING backyard, this place was magical! This was perfect for our family! Close enough to local beaches to enjoy, but also a peaceful retreat to catch up with family and spend time with our adult & teenage kids! The games and putting green were so much fun! Will definitely book again! Randy is an amazing host and has gained a new client for years to come!
