We supply beach gear including towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. Inside we offer 2 en suites, 1 with a KING bed, FUN Game room.. This is a private home in a cul-de-sac that is 1/2 Mile to Manatee River, 5 miles to AMI public beach, short drive to shopping centers and restaurants. Close to IMG, Bradenton Convention Center, Lecom Park for Pirates Spring Training, Lecom Medical school. INDOOR LIVING: Open floor plan. 5 smart TVs, separate dining area, high chair/pack n play, game room including basketball game, foosball, tiki toss, dart board, tic tac toe, adult and children's books GENERAL INFORMATION: ADT Security system. Free high speed internet/Wi-Fi (500 mbps), linens including bath towels, washer & dryer, central air & heat, ceiling fans, complementary starter toiletries, hair dryer, iron/board, keyless entry, child pool safety gate available. FAQ: 1 step required to access front door, single-story home, 1 exterior security camera (Ring doorbell on front door), pet fee (paid per trip) QUIET TIME 11PM- 8AM (No exceptions as this is a family neighborhood) PARKING: Driveway (Max 4 vehicles), trailer/boat parking allowed on-site. POOL & BACKYARD SAFETY: The private pool in the backyard is NOT GATED although there is a child safety gate available. The entire backyard is fenced in. Children need to be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES especially in the backyard around the pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit. All guests as well as any parent/guardian of minors, will release the owners/hosts of the property from any personal injury that may occur during their stay. NO GLASSWARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA: Please use plastic dishware and cups by the pool. Please help us maintain our amenities so that we can continue providing them in the future. Please DO NOT use bath towels/washcloths for makeup or removal of makeup. We supply MAKEUP towels. If hair is freshly colored, please use caution as to not stain towels. DO NOT FLUSH anything down besides human waste/toilet paper. Additional charges may apply for clogs or stained towels. DOG POLICY: Low shedding-well behaved dogs are allowed. You are responsible for any damages as well as to cleanup after your dog. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per trip. Please message me to discuss if your dog should happen to damage anything or has an accident so our cleaners can attempt to remove the stain. Our cleaners are very good at stain removal although if we are unable to remove the stain, you are financially responsible. Guests have full access to the entire house. We have 2 owners closets that are locked. One shed outside is locked We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need. We live just a few miles away and are available for any questions or problems. If staying in the area, we do suggest renting a vehicle. Please note we do have cameras ONLY outside the front door for everyone's safety. These cameras are located by the front doors of the house only. They will record audio and video. Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offer trip insurance for each reservation.

March 2025 5.00It is a great place. Exactly as described. Pool was fantastic. I even met a neighbor who was twice retired. Once from the military and then from the local Police Force so I felt right at home. We were able to relax the whole time.

September 2024 4.00The house was perfect for our girls trip and the host was very nice. However, we did encounter issues with the washer and the AC not working. Ultimately had to end the stay early and get another Airbnb as it was too hot.

August 2024 4.00Randy is an extremely responsive AirBNB host. He always responded quite quickly to any questions we had and took the time to explain things thoroughly. The house is beautiful, but could probably use a little more TLC. However, that being said, the home and the backyard especially were really homey, very beautiful and we all enjoyed our stay.

August 2024 5.00We booked the property for my husband's 65th birthday with our children and brought our family dog along. The home was dog friendly and even had dog bowls inside and out for our precious Bentley. The home had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was a huge plus for our 3 children and my husband and I. The outdoor pool, jacuzzi, 2 tables with umbrella and a outdoor sitting area with lights with a tropical feel. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and floatables for the pool. The home was clean and well decorated beachy theme. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly fine at 74 degrees. The home was in a great neighborhood in a cudlesac that was quiet and safe. The home was spacious and a great layout with many TV's so everyone could enjoy there own shows. Close to AMI with many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Location was perfect to travel to different parts of FL. The kitchen had plenty amenities. We will definitely book again.

August 2024 5.00One of my favorite places we’ve stayed!! The backyard is an absolute paradise! 10/10 communication which made the whole process fantastic. Great location and good distance from the island. The game room is super cool and we loved the pool! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

August 2024 5.00We’d stay here in a heartbeat! Went with extended family as a getaway back home to visit even more family! We spent every single day in the pool! Ride a tropical storm out here and felt very safe. Hosts were very responsive and even came over mid stay to fix the hot tub. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. On a cup-de-sac so kids could play outside and feel safe. Blocks away from restaurants and just a 10 minute drive to the public beach.

July 2024 5.00The house was in the perfect location to restaurants, grocery stores and just minutes from the beach. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back next year. The backyard and pool was a hit for our 3 little ones they lived in that pool when we wasn’t at the beach.
